I chose Gone Girl, by Gillian Flynn for many reasons. On reason was that the cover of the book really drew me in. It is very interesting and mysterious. It makes the book seem like it is very deep and mysterious too. It is a picture of a man and clouds. The are also faint eyes on the book adding even more to the mysteriousness. Also, the topic drew me in. The whole plot of the story seems very interesting and thrilling. It seems like the type of book that I would not want to stop reading. I am very interested in thrilling books compared to other types of books like romances.
